What the roles mean

Owner: Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace.
Admin: Everything except billing. Invites people and changes roles.
Member: Creates and edits monitors, schedules maintenance.
Viewer: Read-only. What Kestrel Coffee has, so they can watch their own uptime.

Four roles, and a client can have one of them.

Give a customer a viewer seat and they watch their own uptime without seeing anyone else's, or send them a status page link and skip the account entirely.
