Appearance

This one is real. It is browser state, not workspace state, so every control below genuinely restyles the page you are reading and survives a refresh.

Everything here applies the moment you pick it and is remembered in this browser, for you only. Your teammates keep their own.

Theme

Theme

The surface everything else sits on. Three palettes, or follow whatever your operating system is doing.

Accent

Accent

Brand chrome only: the logo, the primary button, a link. It is deliberately not used for state, so nothing you choose here can change what a status means.

Texture

Texture

A single fixed overlay across the whole app, not a pattern on each panel. Off by default: a clean surface is the fastest to read, and this is a thing you opt into.

Density

Density

Padding only. Type size never changes, because the thing a dense view is for is more rows above the fold, not smaller text.

Corners

Corners

One value drives every card, button, chip and menu in the product at once.

Motion

Motion

Drawers slide, lists settle, wands wave. Turn it off and everything cuts instantly. If your operating system asks for reduced motion we already honour that, whatever this says.

Status colours never change

Up is green, down is red, near a limit is amber and not reporting is slate, on every theme and for every person in the workspace. They are re-tuned for contrast on each surface, never re-hued, so “is it broken” reads the same over anyone’s shoulder.
